Subscriber Rights to Thrasher Analytics LLC

Certain pages of ThrasherAnalytics.com may be accessed only with a User ID and Password. As a paid subscriber you agree that such access to restricted portions of ThrasherAnalytics.com will be limited to the named subscriber(s) only. Paid subscribers also agree, under any and all circumstances, to not share or give their username and password to any other person or entity.

Termination of Subscription

The term of the guarantee varies with each subscription level, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the offer terms prior to subscribing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the reports, newsletters, content, or service provided by Thrasher Analytics LLC, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us. A pro-rated refund for the remainder of a subscription period, however no refunds will be made for the period of the subscription period that has passed and for services and contented that’s already been provided and/or delivered.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription to Thrasher Analytics LLC at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will promptly refund to you a pro-rated refund of the amount of the subscription payments you previously paid which relate to the remaining subscription period. Termination of your subscription to Thrasher Analytics LLC may result from your violation of these Terms or any unauthorized use or reproduction or rebroadcast of any of our publications or information contained within Thrasher Analytics LLC website and distributed reports, newsletters, and content.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellations

All of our memberships renew automatically at the end of the billing period (either 6 months or 12 months). If you wish to cancel your membership, simply contact us at least five (5) business days prior to the end of your current billing period and we will turn off auto-renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

The content distributed from Thrasher Analytics LLC and its site, ThrasherAnalytics.com, its copyrights, trademarks and other rights therein, are the property of Thrasher Analytics LLC. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services. You agree that you will not copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell or otherwise send to others via email or any other medium any content made available from Thrasher Analytics LLC. No portion of any publication made available through our Services may be extracted, summarized or reproduced without permission of Thrasher Analytics LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction or rebroadcast of any reports, newsletters, or other content produced by Thrasher Analytics LLC, such as communicating investment recommendations to non-subscribers in any manner, is prohibited and shall be considered an infringement and/or misappropriation of our proprietary rights.

Though we make every effort to preserve customer privacy, we reserve the right to disclose personal or any other information we believe is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental or regulatory request, (b) enforce these TOU, including investigation of potential violations of it, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, (d) respond to user support requests, or (e) protect the rights, property or safety of Thrasher Analytics LLC, its users, yourself or the public.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. Thrasher Analytics LLC collects limited personal information in the process of verifying your identity when subscribing to Thrasher Analytics LLC. Such information may include name, physical address and email address. Under no circumstances is any personal information shared or sold to any non-essential outside parties. The release of limited personal information to outside parties is needed to validate against fraud in the case of subscription payments, verify access to the subscriber’s section of the web site and allow our credit card processing company to charge the appropriate credit card.

We may revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. If we change these Terms, a link to the revised version will be posted on the Sites and the effective date will be noted at the bottom of the Terms. You should review the Terms periodically for changes. Your use of the Services after such changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
